UTV Rentals in Florida
Must be accompanied by an adult over 21 with driver’s license. Children can not go on the trails without a parent/guardian. Only for ages from 9 to 15 years old. Must also complete an online safety course and present at the desk (or send via email) prior to the departure the certificate of completion, further instructions for said safety course will be given at the time of booking. We provide all hands-on training for the children.

- We ask the Parents/Guardians to complete a simple safety course online with the kid(s). A link to the safety course will be provided in your confirmation email.

Luxe Rentals Services LLC. takes the health and safety of visitors to their properties very seriously.
Below are some of those you will find in place when visiting our attraction.
The wearing of face masks is no longer a requirement but please feel free to wear one if you wish to.
Hand sanitizer stations are situated throughout the attraction for guests to use frequent use is advised.
Vehicles and equipment are sanitized before and after every use.
We operate an extremely strict no alcohol or drugs for anyone who is taking part in any adventure with us. If you are found to be under the influence we reserve the right to ask you to leave the property. Under such circumstances no refunds will be payable.
Every adult person must hold some form of photo I.D. and the credit card you paid us with must be present and presented before taking part in any activity.
If at any time we feel the safety of our employees or of our guests is at risk at any time we will stop the activity immediately. Under such circumstances no refunds will be payable.
Any damages must be paid for in full before leaving the property.
Service Animals are welcome but must be always kept on a leash. We do not have any provision to leave animals. -
Ages 21+ to rent, 16 to drive the jet ski/ATV
All ATVs are single rider (2 people are not allowed on an ATV)Youth ATV (9-15) requires a 2 hour online course.

On the day of your reservation please arrive 30 mins before your scheduled time to get checked in and pay any remaining balances that are due. Arriving anymore than 15 mins late may result in your scheduled adventure starting without you, therefore its very important that you give us a call to let us know that you will be arriving late or if you are unable to make your scheduled reservation. You have 365 days to reschedule your reservation. All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE .
We require that you bring with you your photo I.D., Along with the same credit card or voucher you paid with. The credit card holder must be present on arrival, we cannot accept photocopies or telephone views of I.D.
As part of our insurance requirements each person must complete the ONLINE WAIVER RELEASE FORM.Each individual adult must read and sign their own waiver form. For minors that are 18 years old and younger a parent/guardian must complete the waiver form for the minor and it MUST BE SIGNED by the parent/guardian and the minor!
