We offer premium Can-Am vehicles designed to conquer rugged trails while delivering a smooth, high-powered ride. Built for performance and comfort, these ATVs are simple enough for first-time riders yet powerful enough to impress seasoned off-roaders. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time to complete the check-in process. This allows time for waivers, and a safety briefing, ensuring you can start your adventure on time.

Closed-toe shoes – Required for safety while operating the vehicle.
Weather-appropriate clothing – Dress for comfort in changing conditions.
Snacks & Drinks – Bring any refreshments you’d like for the ride (water is highly recommended). -
All renters must be 18+ years or older to rent and operate a machine. Passengers 5+ to ride with an adult.
Operators must have a valid photo ID.
Passengers under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a guardian.All bookings are subject to availability, and we may revise your reservation time if needed.

Restrictions
Our off-road rentals provide a thrilling and bumpy ride over rugged terrain. Individuals with medical conditions, including pregnancy, back or neck issues, or other health concerns, should consult their physician before participating. Additionally, those with impaired mobility should consider the physical demands of off-road driving and entry into the vehicle. Luxe Rentals Services LLC. takes the health and safety of visitors to their properties very seriously.
Below are some of those you will find in place when visiting our attraction.
The wearing of face masks is no longer a requirement but please feel free to wear one if you wish to.
Hand sanitizer stations are situated throughout the attraction for guests to use frequent use is advised.
Vehicles and equipment are sanitized before and after every use.
We operate an extremely strict no alcohol or drugs for anyone who is taking part in any adventure with us. If you are found to be under the influence we reserve the right to ask you to leave the property. Under such circumstances no refunds will be payable.
Every adult person must hold some form of photo I.D. and the credit card you paid us with must be present and presented before taking part in any activity.
If at any time we feel the safety of our employees or of our guests is at risk at any time we will stop the activity immediately. Under such circumstances no refunds will be payable.
Any damages must be paid for in full before leaving the property.
Service Animals are welcome but must be always kept on a leash. We do not have any provision to leave animals. -
Rides go out rain or shine — light rain or less-than-perfect weather is part of the adventure and is not grounds for cancellation or refund.
However, safety is always our top priority. Luxe Rentals reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel rides in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions.Any changes made for safety reasons will be handled in accordance with our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Please monitor your email or phone for updates prior to your reservation.

Can I take pictures or record with my cell phone?
Of course! Just not while we are riding or moving. We give you plenty of opportunities along the way for photos and videos when we are stationary.
*We have a zero tolerance for texting and riding.Can I wear sandals?
No, closed toes shoes are acceptable! We highly recommend wearing a pair of shoes you don’t mind getting dirty.

Same day cancellation WILL NOT receive a refund.
If customers cancel their reservation at least 48 hours in advance, they will receive a full refund or credit. Luxe Rentals will also issue a refund or credit if they cancel a reservation due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances. However, cancellations due to weather will not be accepted if the business is still operating and accepting reservations. Customers are advised to check the weather forecast before booking. To cancel or inquire about a cancellation, customers should contact the business by phone. No-shows will be charged the full price of the reservation.
